Kotone and Laika

I'm pretty sure for the most part this (sans bg) is was done in vexel style since I was trying to achieve a vector look but I don't know how to do vectors :<

BG was made from a custom sakura brush I made YEARS ago.

I drew Kotone myself, Laika was referenced from one of Akira's drawings. The original sketch looks horrid [link]
