Her name is spoofed off of Terra Branford from FF6 but that's about where the similarities end (though I nearly gave her the same birthday.)
I really like how her windswepty hair turned out.
There's no sailor scout with the power of wind so I assigned that to Terra to be unique. She could have the power of 'earth', but air/wind is so encompassing.
Her wand-staff is kind off spoofing a Globus Cruciger (during research [link] I learned it symbolized earth too) but instead of a cross a put a crescent moon on the top being that its all about Sailor Moon.
The bows is such an old design of mine that I'm happy to put into use finally.

Colors, colors, colors, I went through many combinations, but the end result is near what I originally planned. Due to lack of time I didn't get to shade it or other random stuff to make it look extra pretty It also seems I forgot to draw teh caplet, an earring & other misc details, but it is not so bad.
